How do I choose the right eSIM plan?
Pick your destination, then a data size and validity that match your trip. As a rough guide, 1 GB a day covers maps, messaging and social media, and 5 GB covers a typical one-week trip. Not sure? Ask Mia and she recommends a plan in seconds.
When does my plan start?
You choose at checkout: activate now, activate automatically on arrival when your phone connects at the destination, or activate manually later from chat or My Account.
How do I install the eSIM?
Right after payment you get an email with a QR code. Scan it in your phone's Settings, or tap the direct install link on supported phones. It takes about a minute and you can do it before you fly.
Can I add more data later?
Yes. Buy a top-up of the same plan for the eSIM you already installed, from the home screen widget or by asking Mia. No new QR code needed.
Are taxes included in the price?
Prices are shown in USD excluding taxes. Applicable tax depends on your country of residence and is shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
